Greg is a co-founder of Bedford and is responsible for building the companys numerous financing and other service divisions. In 1991 Greg co-launched Bedfords commercial lending business and later secured the companys HUD license. In 1996 Greg created and launched Bedfords Credit Tenant Lease Financing Division that provided specialty loans to US Post Office lessors throughout the US. In 2002, Greg created and launched Bedfords national Tax Consulting services group that provides cost segregation studies. Over 3,000 studies have now been delivered to real estate owners and/or their CPAs nationwide. In 2008 Greg launched Bedfords Corporate Incentives Division (GAIN) and most recently Greg launched the companys Energy Solutions Division.

Prior experience includes senior management positions at several Fortune 500 companies and the leadership of two high technology companies that he helped take public and later sold.

Greg is a noted national speaker and published author on corporate finance and specialized corporate tax matters. He has served on numerous boards of directors at for-profit and not-for-profit business entities, including the board of a commercial bank. Further, he has served in leadership of many civic and church related organizations.

Mark has over 30 years expertise in the accelerated depreciation (cost segregation), fixed asset and tax consulting service areas. Over that time he provided industry leadership through his consulting efforts with the IRS on the development of an industry standard, which subsequently became part of the IRS Audit Techniques Guide. Further, Mark was invited to present engineering-based asset reclassification methodologies to over 200 IRS Engineers at their annual symposium. The cost segregation industry association (ASCSP) selected Mark to Chair the Regulatory Committee and represent the industry to the IRS.

Prior to joining Bedford, Mark led the asset reclassification practices for several large nationally recognized firms, including five years at Duff & Phelps and 14 years at Arthur Andersen, LLP where he assisted in establishing and then lead their asset classification practice.

Mark led the fixed asset accelerated depreciation strategies for some of the most challenging real estate projects in the nation. Further, he authored the two IRS gaming directives and was directly instrumental in the other IRS asset reclassification directives that are now used in various industries. As a result of his industry expertise and significant audit defense experience, Mark is considered one of the foremost experts in the nation.

Eric has more than 15 years of direct expertise in site selection, incentives negotiation, tax credit analysis, and compliance with companies nationally. Formerly the regional Practice Leader for both Ernst and Young and Arthur Andersen, Eric is a nationally known and respected expert in the area of corporate incentives and tax credits.

Previously, Eric had over 20 years of experience working in or with the Texas Legislature, having held various legislative and campaign positions and was a founding member of InvesTexas, an association which led the successful lobbying effort for the creation of the franchise tax credits.

He is a past chairman of the Texas Economic Development Council and is an active member of CoreNet Global and the Association for Corporate Growth. He has been a featured speaker for International Economic Development Council (IEDC), TSCPA, COST, CoreNet Global, Payroll Managers (HCAPA), Franchise/Income State Tax Association (FIST), Biofuels Conference, numerous state Economic Development Summits and many other organizations.

He has authored articles related to incentives for Area Development Magazine, Tax Incentives Alert, Journal for Multi-state Taxation, Biofuels Magazine, Ethanol Today and many others. Eric is also a Certified Economic Development Finance Professional.
