We launched 3 specialized commercial real estate lending groups that closed over $3 billion in commercial loans. Most recently, we launched our GAIN Division (Grants, Abatements, Incentives – Negotiations) by integrating the employees of one of the nation’s preeminent location incentives companies. This business has generated over $1.7 billion in grants and incentives to clients.
